That's a first...

Friends,

Thank you for doing something that I never thought we'd see: eating us out of everything we had to offer.  (Well, nearly everything... :) We still have a few tortillas left.)  Hopefully you all enjoyed yourself as much as we did.

Thanks to Lucinda for stepping in to help out on the grill, and thanks to Jason and Kathie (congratulations as well) for trusting us to feed your family and keeping the cook and several of our friends supplied with tasty libations.

Thanks to the Wizards for a well-played game, and MUCH thanks to the head of Tony Beltran - although Jimmy would have netted it anyway - for the well-deserved win.  It's always better when we win.

Anyway...  While one of our gang is off gallivanting in the mountains, two more of us are headed down to Dallas for the July 4th road game.  We'll all (hopefully) be back in time for the July 10th game against New York.

We're going to keep it somewhat simple for this game, with just burgers and dogs.

Simple, yes.  Boring, hardly...

For the burgers, we're doing cheese-stuffed brat burgers; for the hot dogs, bacon-wrapped dogs.  We'll be serving at 5:00 like always..
